Community of Interest Network (COIN)

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho is committed to providing a home away from home for families with ill or injured children.

To continue fulfilling our mission, we are looking to build a Community of Interest Network (COIN), which will consist of skilled individuals who are passionate about our work. This network will bring together experts in various fields to support us on a flexible, as-needed basis in order to enhance operations and decrease costs.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking to build a diverse knowledge base to ensure we can access a wide array of expertise when needed. We encourage professionals from all industries to consider lending a hand and joining our network of likeminded professionals.

What COIN Members Can Gain:

  • Impactful Contribution: Your expertise will directly support a cause that makes a difference in the lives of thousands of families a year who are facing some of the most challenging times of their lives.
  • Networking & Visibility: Being part of our COIN will provide opportunities to network with like-minded volunteers who are also committed to making a positive social impact.
  • Personal Satisfaction: Helping RMHC Idaho is a chance to give back to the community and leave a lasting legacy of support for families in need.
  • Flexible Engagement: The COIN is structured to be low-commitment with a focus on when you can contribute your expertise. You’ll have the ability to engage as needed, with no obligation for frequent involvement.

Expectations:

  • Time Commitment: Participation is flexible. We may reach out for your expertise periodically, and there are no set meeting dates.
  • Level of Engagement: Participation may involve one-off consultations, ongoing advisory roles, or assistance with projects and campaigns.
  • Response Time: Once engaged, we will work with your schedule and provide adequate time for you to offer your advice and support.
  • Trust & Confidentiality: Your role as a trusted resource is invaluable, even if we don’t frequently call upon your expertise.
