Director of Operations in Boise, Idaho

The Director of Operations is a full-time, exempt position, responsible for the oversight of all program activity for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho (RMHC), including the Ronald McDonald House in Boise, the Ronald McDonald Family Room in Idaho Falls and the Happy Wheels Hospitality Carts in Boise & Twin Falls. The position supervises all program staff and oversees program budgets, maintenance and operations of the facilities. The position is based in Boise, but will require occasional travel for oversight of programs.

Development Associate in Boise, Idaho

This full-time exempt position supports organizational development efforts, major gift programs and fundraising initiatives. The Development Associate maintains, manages and mines the donor database, managing and overseeing all aspects of the database, including entry, processing gifts and donor acknowledgements. Works closely with the development team on data analysis for prospecting and donor relationship building.

Family Services Manager in Boise, Idaho

The Family Services Manager is an hourly employee, scheduled primarily during evenings and weekends. The FSM works closely with Family Services Coordinator(s) to organize guest family arrivals and registration activities and serves as a point-of-contact and support for all guest families during their stay. The FSM models RMHC’s values and compassionate hospitality principles, reinforcing a culture of exemplary service for guest families.
